Dancing Flow On Gorgeous Blue Base ~ New Fluid Art Recipe
Welcome to a new Ethereal Serenade Acrylic Pouring ~ Abstract Art tutorial. This time I want to create an abstract flow painting on quite a dark, deep, very dreamy base. I have quite a few colors for my multi-color base and they all are pretty close to each other. I have mixed all of my colors for the base out of four colors: blue, violet, white, and black. And they all have sort of different proportions of these colors, so some are more dark, some are more light, some more blue, some more violet.
"Ethereal serenade" is my secret message for this acrylic pour painting. On this dark and deep base, I'm gonna create a dancing flow with pops of white and gold, also with color, that I mixed out of vermillion and white for a very pretty coral pinkish orangey color.

The first color here is mostly blue, phthalo blue with a little bit of white and a little bit of violet. The second color is phthalo blue again with a little bit more violet, no white and black color. The next one is mostly violet with a little bit of blue, a little bit of black, and just the tiniest touch of white. And the last color is prussian blue which is just phthalo blue and black.
Let's see how such a minimalistic abstract art idea turns out. And without further ado let's get started.
This pour painting is dry. And this is an unusual finish for my fluid acrylic painting tutorial because this piece is not varnished. I haven't varnished this flow painting yet because I am sort of on the fence about whether I should keep working on it or leave it as is. This fluid art idea turned out so beautiful! All the background, the blues, and all this movement are stunning. The flow also turned out pretty cool. And all these little cells, especially, the white and gold, look like little gemstones. It's really cool. So what I'm thinking is whether I should add more of these coral and golden lines, more all throughout this flow because I think it can help, you know, shape it up and make it a lot more defined, help it stand out better from the background.
I hope you enjoyed this acrylic painting tutorial and looking forward to hearing from you! Happy creating!
