Acrylic Pouring Tutorial by Olga Soby
Must See! COLOR SPLIT Funnel Pour | Fluid Painting | Abstract Art
Welcome to a Gorgeous CELLS Acrylic Pouring video. In this Acrylic Pouring Tutorial, I want to continue my split color funnel series. I want to do a different color combination for this split color base, so this time I’m going to do a white and dioxazine purple, which is one of my absolute favorite colors. But instead of splitting the canvas into two sections, I want to try splitting it into three sections.
And, of course, different color combination for the colors in the funnel, different way to travel the funnel. So, I am changing things up in my Acrylic Pouring this time a little bit. I add silicone to my colors. I’m only adding silicone to three colors. So for the colors for this fluid painting, I have deep yellow, metallic pink, and a mixture of three different metallic colors.

Recipe for this pour painting – I mix my colors with Floetrol and water, just one drop for each color. For my split colors, for the base coat, I will use the dioxazine purple and white. These colors actually make a really beautiful combo together even when they over mix! I want to divide my canvas into three parts this time. So it’s going to be a little diagonal composition pour painting. I want to have purple on the bottom and on the top. Let’s see how it works out!
Absolutely beautiful pour painting! I love it and honestly, I’m so happy that I added some magenta into this acrylic pour painting because it definitely sparks things up a little bit. Some of the cells have grown way too much – that’s what happens when the paint is really fluid. The happy dance of flowers that’s the kind of vibe I’m getting from this abstract painting!
I hope you enjoyed the process and looking forward to hearing from you! Happy creating!
