Round Negative Space Acrylic Pouring ~
Abstract Art 💜💙
Acrylic Pouring Tutorial by Olga Soby
NEW Design with Violet And Turquoise | Fluid Art Tutorial
Welcome to the new Round Negative Space Acrylic Pouring - Abstract Art Tutorial. In this abstract art lesson, I want to expand on the theme of round negative space paintings. I'm really happy with how my previous acrylic pour painting turned out, so I want to do something in a similar style and similar steps of creation but I want to take it one step further and use double hoops.
"Aspiration" is a secret message for this fluid acrylic painting. For the negative space part, I want to use a red-violet color. It's a beautiful rich color. It dries really dark, so I think it's going to be super nice. It's really dark and warm.

I don't want to add too much color because once I remove the rings which, by the way, are embroidery hoops, they will shift the level out, so I need to add just the right amount of paint. Next, I'm going to go for some turquoise and a little bit of violet and gold. But even with like a lot of white color this abstract paintimg also looks cool. And the main color that I want to have a lot is turquoise.
So let's see how this abstract painting art idea turns out and without further ado let's get started.
This pour painting is done and finished with a layer of glossy varnish. I realy love how those double rings effect turned out. I think it makes a very playful and dynamic composition.
Little Tip: when I blow out my colors, I move them around the rings, and then I spin the hoop before I remove the ring that also creates movement. This way my colors of the flow are sort of dancing around this round shape, and that makes all the elements, the negative space, and the blown section really speak to each other, and work together. And that just makes the whole painting composition a lot more cohesive.
I hope you enjoyed this acrylic pouring tutorial and looking forward to hearing from you! Happy creating!
